'Applicants are requested to ensure the application forms are complete with all required supporting documents.' Kindly read the following carefully;

1. Application form to be completely filled and signed by the applicant.
2. Valid passport for a minimum duration of six months from date of application.
3. 1 copy of passport size photograph of applicant as per specification
4. Passport should have at least two blank pages.
5. Supporting documents in accordance with respective checklist.
6. Appropriate Visa Fee corresponding to visa type applied for.
7. Signed and completed fax/reference form in accordance with the visa type applied.
8. Please carry a copy of your passport photo-identification page to facilitate the collection process.
