Passport can be collected from the Quoprro Global Services - India Passport & Visa Services Centre.
No original documents are collected to return back to the applicant
In order to protect the identity of the applicant and to ensure the safety of the passport, applicants are informed to follow the following procedure for collection of passports:
Collection in person
Applicants will require to present the following at the time of collection
- Original receipt issued at the application centre at the time of lodgment.
- Data page of the passport with the Quoprro Global stamp in original
Collection by third person or representative
Applicants may choose to have their passports collected through a third person or representative. Kindly ensure the person presents the following documents at the time of collection of passport:
- Original receipt issued at the application centre at the time of lodgment.
- Data page of the passport with the Quoprro Global stamp in original.
- Letter of authorization from the principal applicant.
- Photocopy of the ID card of the authorized person.
For the convenience of return of passports and documents, Applicants may avail the optional courier service provided at the service centre. The service is available at a nominal additional charge of S$15. The passport will be couriered to the mailing address provided at the time of application lodgment.
