Applicants are advised to follow the below mentioned steps to submit applications at Quoprro Global Services - India Passport and Visa Services Centre:

1. Download the application form.  
2. Application forms can also be collected from service centre.
3. Submit completed and signed application form along with recent passport photographs & other supporting documents depending upon the type of application.
4. Ensure correct and applicable fees including Quoprro Global Services - India Passport and Visa Services Centre charge of S$9 inclusive of taxes per passport is included with the application.
5. Applications can be submitted in person only. The applicant must hold a valid residence status in Singapore to apply for a visa or a passport service. This would include Permanent Residency, Employment Pass, S-Pass, Work Permit, PEP, Dependent’s Pass, LTVP, etc. A tourist cannot apply for an Indian Passport.
6. Applications can be submitted during business hours only.
7. Visa - Fees and service charges and Passport - Fees and service charges can be made in Cash, Credit Card. Personal cheques will not be accepted.

Visas
1. Business visa for Singaporean nationals is issued in 1 working day (cut-off time applicable).
2. Other visas for Singaporean nationals are issued in 2 working days (cut-off time applicable).
3. Visa application processing for non-Singaporean nationals who hold valid residence status in Singapore requires minimum five working days.
4. Visa Services will not be provided to Non-Singaporeans who do not hold Valid Residence Status in Singapore. They should obtain the visa from the country of their normal residence or country of origin.

Passports
1. Renewal of passports takes a minimum of 5 working days
2. Miscellaneous Services take a minimum of 3 working days
3. Renunciation of Citizenship takes a minimum of 3 working days

All emergency services need to be obtained directly from the High Commission of India, Singapore, based upon approval from the issuing officer. Please note that the above mentioned processing times are subject to clearance of applications and necessary approvals. Approvals and clearance differ based on factors like place of issue of current passport, place of birth and age of the applicant, nationality of passport held, etc. Certain applications for visas or passports may require an interview with the issuing officer at the High Commission prior to or after the lodgment of application.
