- Quoprro Global Services Pte Ltd ("Quoprro") is an outsource partner of the High Commission of India in Singapore for the application and processing of Indian Visas and Passports. Passports, documents and fees are received by Quoprro from individuals and corporations (each, an "Applicant") in such capacity.
- Quoprro has no role whatsoever in the assessment of any application, which is the sole prerogative of the High Commission of India. Quoprro's initial duty ends with the onward delivery of the passports, requisite documents and applicable fees to the High Commission of India and has no liability or responsibility for any delay in the processing or rejection of any application.
- Upon the assessment by the High Commission of India of the applications, Quoprro coordinates the return of returnable documents to the Applicant, except where the High Commission of India elects to return such documents directly to an Applicant.
- Quoprro shall exercises due care in handling all passport, requisite documents and fees submitted by the Applicant but shall under no circumstances be responsible for any loss or damage arising by reason of a Force Majeure event. Force Majeure means "any event or occurrence which is outside control of the Quoprro and which is not attributable to any act or failure to take preventive action by Quoprro (but not its agents or sub-contractors), and shall not include any industrial action occurring within Quoprro".
- Where the Applicant avails the Courier Acceptance Service or Courier Return Service, the Applicant acknowledges that the Applicant is aware that such courier services are operated by third party sub-contractors and that Quoprro does not assume any responsibility or liability for any deficiency in service on part of such third party whether in the nature or loss, damage or delay in transit of any passport, document or monies.
- Quoprro shall not be responsible or liable for any consequential loss or damage arising from the misplacement or loss of any passport, requisite document or monies. The Applicant acknowledges (on behalf of itself, its agents and principals) that by the act of delivery of the passport and/or the requisite documents and/or applicable visa fees, the Applicant has understood and acceded to the terms and conditions herein. Any and all fees paid shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
- Fees paid by way of Bankers' Cheques shall be deemed received only upon realization of cleared funds.
- Advertising material may accompany returnable documents. Such material does not have the endorsement of the Indian Government.
- No employee of Quoprro shall have any right or authority to change, amend, amplify or vary the terms and conditions herein.
- All disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Singapore to whose exclusive jurisdiction the Applicant is deemed to submit by the delivery to Quoprro of the passport and/or requisite document and/or fees.
